Most custom orders need artwork approval plus production time. Quotes include estimated turnaround based on method and quantity.
We ship within the United States. Rates shown at checkout (or on your invoice) cover standard carriers unless rush shipping is arranged.
When a tracking number is available, we email it to the address on your order.
Blank stock may be eligible for return unused within 14 days with tags. Custom printed or embroidered items are final sale unless we made an error.
Report shipping damage or production defects within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can remake or refund as appropriate.
